Miss Lily’s is a celebrated Caribbean oasis with locations in New York City, Negril & Dubai, and over 15 years serving modern Caribbean cooking amidst a vibrant, colorful backdrop. The Miss Lily’s family includes a lively Jamaican-style diner in the heart of Downtown New York, a Caribbean rum bar & jerk shack on Seven Mile Beach in Jamaica and an elevated island-style hotspot in the Middle East. Through its dynamic approach to classic Caribbean cuisine, friendly and cool-as-can-be staff, late night music & dancing and flowing rum cocktails, Miss Lily's is an unparalleled experience for good vibes and great food.

Culinary Team

Miss Lily’s culinary team includes chef Brittney “Stikxz” Williams, Culinary Director for Miss Lily's 7A in New York, who honed her skills at some of NYC's top Michelin-starred restaurants, and chef Andre Fowles, Culinary Director of Miss Lily's Negril, and a three time Food Network Chopped Champion. Chef Stikxz and Chef Andre, both have their roots in Jamaica, and combine traditional recipes from their upbringing with global influences and modern techniques. At Miss Lily’s 7A, chef Stikxz has assembled an all-women team of trailblazing Caribbean chefs to redesign the brand new menu, which launched in spring 2025, including Chef Janae Haynes, a Trinidadian-Guyanese American pastry chef who built her career in some of New York City’s most renowned restaurants.

Jamaican Roots

Drawing from the diverse roots of Jamaican cuisine, the menus offer modern renditions of island specialties like jerk chicken, escovitch fish and oxtail seasoned with scotch bonnet peppers and fiery jerk spices.  In short, Miss Lily's is an island vacation in the middle of a busy cosmopolitan city.
